Abstract
Atelocynus microtis is one of the least known species of carnivores in the world, known only from sporadic records throughout its distribution (Michalski 2010, Leite-Pitman & Williams 2011). It is distributed between Colombia and Bolivia and Ecuador, Peru and Brazil, with very few records and in relatively large time windows (Berta 1986, LeitePitman & Williams 2011).
