Abstract

On July 25, 2017, an insectivorous bat of the species E. fuscus was recorded and photographed in the morning hours. The individual (female) was found dead and perched against a wall of a house located on the Monquirá village in the dry or sub-xerophytic zone (CORPOBOYACÁ 2015) of the municipality of Villa de Leyva, Boyacá.
